Simple Enrollment Process
Enrollment Process
We want every family to feel informed, welcomed, and confident before starting care. Our enrollment process is designed to help you meet our team, tour the classrooms, ask questions, and make the best decision for your child.
Step 1: Schedule a Tour
Every family begins with a tour of our center. During your visit, you will meet our teachers, explore the classrooms, learn about our daily routines, and ask questions about care, schedules, tuition, curriculum, and availability.
Step 2: Check Availability
Availability can vary by age group, classroom, and schedule. After your tour, our team will help you review current openings for infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, and UPK.
We encourage families to reach out early, especially for infant and toddler care, because openings are often limited.
Step 3: Complete Enrollment Forms
Once you are ready to move forward, we will guide you through the enrollment packet and required licensing documents. Families complete the required forms before the child’s first day.
Step 4: Secure Your Child’s Spot
A registration fee and deposit may be required to reserve your child’s placement. Our team will review the enrollment details, tuition schedule, start date, and classroom placement with you before care begins.
Step 5: Welcome to Bright Minds
Before your child’s first day, we help your family prepare for a smooth transition. Teachers welcome each child with warmth, patience, and support so they can feel safe, comfortable, and excited to learn.
