Our Enrollment Process
At Bright Minds Children Academy, we want to make sure our center is the perfect fit for your family. Our enrollment process is designed to give you the chance to explore our program, ask questions, and feel confident in your decision.
Step 1: Schedule a Tour
We require every family to visit our center with their child before enrollment. This allows us to:
-
Introduce you to our facility, classrooms, and safety procedures
-
Meet our teachers and staff
-
Share our play-based and structured curriculum
-
Answer all your questions about care, schedules, and tuition
Step 2: Complete the Enrollment Packet
After your tour, if you decide to move forward, we will provide you with an enrollment packet. This packet includes required state licensing forms, medical forms, and center policies. All documents must be completed before your child’s first day.
Step 3: Secure Your Child’s Spot
A registration fee and deposit are required to secure your child’s placement. Spots are limited, so we encourage families to complete this step quickly after the tour.
Step 4: Orientation & Welcome
Before your child’s first day, we schedule a family orientation. During this time, you’ll:
-
Review our policies and daily routines
-
Get to know your child’s teachers
-
Ask any last-minute questions
-
Help your child become comfortable in their new classroom
Step 5: First Day of School!
On your child’s first day, our teachers will welcome them warmly and help make the transition smooth. We partner with you every step of the way to ensure your child feels safe, happy, and excited to learn.
